INGREDIENTS NEEDED: 6 EGGS, 100 GMS CHICKEN , SALT ANDPEPPER, PAN, OLIVE OR COCONUT OIL AND AFCOURSE A GAS TO COOK.

1 Grill the 100 gm chicken in a griller after slightly marinating in with salt and pepper.

2  As soon as your chicken is grilled take it out and cut small pieces of it and place it in a container.

3 Pour coconut oil in a pan on a slow gas.

4 take out the eggs in a bowl and from the 6 eggs that you have in your bowl remove the yellow part of all the 6 eggs that slime type semi liquid yellow stuff.

5 Only the white part should be there in the bowl .

6 Now add salt and pepper in the bowl of while eggs and mix it rigidly.

7 pour the eggs on the pan as the oil is ready to be cooked.

8 As soon as you add the eggs also add the grilled pieces in the pan upon the eggs .

9 On a slow gas cook the eggs with grilled pieces in it.

Now your magic meal with 56 gms of protein meal is ready.

6 eggs= 5 gms protein X 6 + 26 (appx in 100 gms of chicken) = 56 gms

So the fitness freaks can definitely use this 50 gram protein meal everyday afcourse which is fat free as well as contain a lot of protein only init.
