Well I have been on diet for a long time now and I just came across this recipe which will definitely benefit you in diet and could be one of the replacements if you are bored of your old diet.This is a pancake that has upto 30 grams of protein in it.
6 EGGS, HEALTHY HONEY, COOKING OIL(OLIVE OR COCONUT), NONSTICK PAN, PANCAKE FLOUR MIX, SPOON, MIXER.
RECIPE FOR PANCAKE
1 HEAT THE OIL FOR 3 to 4 minutes on stove in a non-stick pan.
2 Break all the 6 eggs and remove the yellow part of all the eggs.
3 Pour 3.5 spoons of pancake flour mix in the eggs.
4 add one fourth tablespoon of honey in the mixture.
5 Stir and mix it until all the lumps of the four are scrambled and totally mixed.
6 Pour it on the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on a slow gas.
7 Cook it from both sides and your magical healthy dish is just ready.
8 pour a little of honey on the pancake and enjoy!
WHY I SAID HEALTHY
Well we all know people love pancakes and yes if you can enjoy them as your meal then what else do you need in breakfast , with you juice or any healthy fruit like Kiwi , grapes or Apples.You can also add some avacadoes for different taste, some chocolate syrup for taste of chocolate if you like because the blend of its mix is just the basic ingredient in which you are adding its flour and eggs , the taste above comes because of honey, so add any type of taste and modify it accordingly.This is the best part about pancakes as they also donot have any type of unhealthy fats.
